Planned to see St Ives major attractions and it was decent base for visiting all of them. There was an outdoor bar.

Would recommend this place and would come here again. By and large, it was super base for sightseeing in St Ives, had much fun. I really enjoyed the breakfast with a good choice of good food.

Really enjoyed our 4 nights here. The food was outstanding and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. Booked a room with a fridge. The location of this comfortable hotel was marvellous, to get to the garden. Had brunch in the Teuchters Bar, located nearby.

Marvellous and lovely setting, it's close to Carbis Bay, the pub downstairs, and surrounding areas. The staff are wonderful and fantastic, managed the parking on-site.

The location was great in the very very nice area. Besides, Carbis Bay Beach was 3 km away from the venue. Thoroughly enjoyed spotlessly clean room with a fridge, felt like we were home.

We both appreciated it, the place is lovely and suited fine. Everyone was wonderful and fantastic as well as proprietor. The setting was good, right by surrounding areas, the pub downstairs and St Ives and Carbis Bay. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Treloyhan.
Elevator was missed, we were a little disappointed.
